Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 2026
1. Subscription & Business Agreement Cancellation (Business Owners & Torkal)
Cancelling your subscription
A business owner registered with Torkal may cancel their subscription to the service at any time. A cancellation notice can be sent via the admin dashboard, by emailing support, or through the contact form on the site.
Service end date & refunds
Upon receiving the cancellation notice, the subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current monthly/annual billing period already paid for. Access to the system will remain active until the end of the paid period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused partial months, unless otherwise required by law.
Data export & account deletion
It is the business owner's responsibility to export their data, calendars, and clients before cancelling the account. Torkal reserves the right to delete account data that has been suspended or cancelled after 30 days from the disconnection date.
2. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling (Clients & Business)
This policy describes the general principles for cancelling and rescheduling appointments booked through Torkal. Each business may have its own cancellation policy, shown at the time of booking and in the confirmation message.
Cancelling an appointment
Clients can independently cancel an appointment via the link sent in the confirmation message, up until the time window defined by the business (the cancellation window). Cancelling after this window may require contacting the business directly.
Rescheduling
An existing appointment can be rescheduled as long as suitable availability exists in the business's calendar. Rescheduling is subject to the same time rules as cancellation.
No-shows
A client who does not show up for an appointment without cancelling in advance may be recorded in the system as a "no-show". Businesses may block clients with a repeated no-show history from booking future appointments.
Refunds for services
Torkal does not process payments or refunds for business services — any financial settlement between the client and the business is handled directly with the business, according to its own policy.
