TTorkal

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

Use of Torkal is subject to these terms. The service is provided as an appointment management tool, and the business is responsible for the content, clients, and data it manages.

Booking Appointments

Clients who book an appointment through the system agree to provide accurate details (name and a valid phone number). Appointment confirmation is subject to the business's approval policy — automatic or manual — and the business's actual availability at the selected time.

Business Owner Responsibility

The business owner is responsible for keeping operating hours, service prices, and cancellation policies accurate, and for providing the booked service at the confirmed time. Torkal is not a party to the transaction between the business and the client and is not responsible for the quality of the service actually provided.

Service Availability

We work to maintain continuous availability of the system, but 100% availability is not guaranteed. There may be planned maintenance downtime or temporary issues outside our control (such as outages at third-party providers like Supabase, WhatsApp, or email services).

Fair Use

The service may not be used abusively, to send spam, or to harm other users.
