Yes. WhatsApp confirmations and reminders are sent subject to your plan?s monthly message quota. The message includes a link to cancel or reschedule.
Yes, using the link they received, up to the cancellation cutoff you set. The default is two hours before the booking; changing the policy requires Pro.
