Three hours for highlights, half an hour for a blow-dry, and a haircut in between. With TorKal, clients book only into time slots that fit the service, and you get an organised calendar without doing the maths in your head.
The longer and more involved the appointments, the more a scheduling mistake can cost.
A client asks for “highlights and a haircut” and sees an hour that looks free—only to find out later that there isn't enough time before the next appointment.
When a colour or straightening appointment is cancelled, half a day's work disappears—and you've already ordered the products.
Formulas, shades and notes about a client's hair are scattered across a notebook, screenshots and your memory.
Some clients need a quick consultation before colour or straightening, and fitting one in without disrupting the day can be tricky.
Two and a half hours for highlights, 40 minutes for a blow-dry. Clients only see times when their chosen service fits.
Request a fixed deposit or a percentage through a supported payment provider—useful when most services are long and costly.
Set how close to the appointment clients can cancel through their link, and flag clients who repeatedly don't show up.
See a client's past appointments and your private notes, such as their shade and formula.
Confirmations and reminders are sent by WhatsApp, subject to your plan's monthly message allowance—so clients remember to come in or cancel in time if plans change.

“Highlights + haircut”—the system knows it takes three hours.
Only slots with three consecutive hours are shown; times without enough room before the next appointment are left out.
Available on the Pro plan and above, with a connected payment provider.
The appointment is added to your calendar, and the client receives a confirmation and reminder.
After the appointment, record the shade and formula in the appointment notes.
Set up your services once, with a duration and price for each. From then on, clients only see times when their chosen service fits in full.
The system is the same. This page focuses on hair stylists who do a lot of colour, highlights and straightening—long services where duration, deposits and cancellation policies matter especially.
Not at the moment. The deposit is set for the business as a fixed amount or a percentage of the service price, so it will be higher for a more expensive service. Deposits are available from the Pro plan and require a supported payment provider.
Add a private note to any appointment, visible only to you, and include a link to before-and-after photos. Each client also has a profile with their appointment history and general notes.
Yes. With manual approval, a booking waits for your approval before it's confirmed. This is useful if you'd like to review colour or straightening appointments before they appear on your calendar.
Clients can cancel or reschedule through the link they received, and the time becomes available on your calendar. On the Pro plan, you can set a cancellation cut-off and enable a waitlist so another client can take the slot.
